Do you have any stores that we can go to?
No, we are an online store. We only do business via internet and/or phone.
Is it better to order online or over the phone?
Which ever way is more convenient, either way is fine with us.
How will I be able to pay for this?
We accept three types of payment, they are credit card, money order and paypal.
How long will it take for a dress to get to me?
If we have the dress in stock it is sent out immediately. If we do not have it in stock then we must order which will take about 8-10 weeks.
How will I know if a certain size fits me or not?
We have a size chart that gives measurements for your bust, waist and hips. Based on those measurements given you choose which is the closest to you and that will be your size.
What are the exchange/refund policy?
Our store policy is no exchange nor refund.
What if I was sent the wrong dress, will I be able to exchange it?
If you receive the wrong dress then we woud exchange it for you because that was our mistake.
What if I live out of the country?
We do business all over the world. The shipping cost will be more for those who do not live in the United States.
If I saw a dress that I like but was not ready to purchase it yet, when that time comes when i want it, will it still be available?
Depends on the style if it has been discontinued or not, if not and we have in stock we will ship immediately. If not in stock we could order it, it will take about 8-10 weeks.
What if the sizes that you offer does not fit me?
Our dresses have a 2.5-inch seam and you could get the dress altered. Or we could custom make it to fit you, which will cost a little more.
